Coronavirus epidemic

Coronavirus treatment protocol.

Against the background of the peak of discussions of the COVID 19 problem,
we give a Coronavirus treatment protocol. Sent by a friend from Italy - a real doctor.

Hello, unfortunately yes, this time there will be no miracle, the thing is contagious and unpleasant.
And it won't come, but it's already arrived a month ago - everything is like in Italy. It officially
announced the beginning of the epidemic in late February, while it was already in full swing at the
end of January (seen by its patients), the first patient arrived in Italy from Munich on January 9
- and therefore such consequences. They pretended that there was no spoon.

Symptoms: the main one is a dry cough, usually starts in parallel with perspiration
and sore throat (sometimes and often just pain in the neck, such as muscle and neck muscles,
I think along the lymph nodes), mild malaise and the type of prodromic phenomena, all as with
the flu. Temperature 37.0-37.5 - 1-2 days, or no temperature at all. BUT! usually no rhinitis.
Often a headache, stuffy ears (salpingitis), mild signs of sinusitis, but, I repeat, it is
unusual somehow, there is no secretory component. There is simply swelling of the mucous membranes.
Further, on day 2-4, pain along the trachea and behind the sternum (!), A dry cough intensifies.
From the fifth day, pain in the chest may appear (already more laterally, not in the center),
shortness of breath (periods). And this continues without treatment for about 15-20 days.
Then, if there are no complications, it leaves and improves (subjectively) at 5% per day.
It lasts only about a month (from 3 to 6 weeks). If there are no complications, then there is no
temperature, or hypothermia (36.0-36.3). In a blood test, it is similar: the main symptom is
lymphopenia (!), Little or no normal number of neutrophils, and increased C-reactive protein.
Nothing more. The x-ray does not give anything (you can not even do it), you can consider something
on a CT scan. There are no clinical signs of pneumonia either (because it is interstitial), there
is no fluid in the alveoli, so there is no crepitation and all other signs of pneumonia, only
shortness of breath (mild), tachycardia (mild), fatigue (due to the previous two points).
If after the first 1-3 days of subfebrile temperature, it falls, and then at some point rises
to 38 - this is a problem, you need to go to the hospital and antiviral therapy.
Otherwise, if there is no temperature or low-grade - just sit at home and do nothing, drink hotter.

I tell you how they treat here
(official data either directly from resuscitators, and already from my own experience):

1. The main drug is Plaquenil (you will find it everywhere else in the pharmacy, the old
antimalarial drug, but it works perfectly, against any coronavirus, it blocks ACE2 receptors,
through which the virus penetrates the lungs). They treat him in Milan, he is in the protocol.
200 mg 2 times a day. The French recommend 600 mg per day, but I am against it, it is still
Results: after 6 days, 75% of patients fully recover, within 10 days - almost all, 95%.
In Italy, 5 to 20 days are prescribed, depending on the severity and symptoms. Usually, 7 days
is completely enough. It should be yet, this is not a shortage and is inexpensive. It is better
to apply it early if chest pain appears or a cough is severe.
With pneumonia - it's kind of too late, but still apply.

2. For the prevention and treatment of pneumonia - Azithromycin (preferably the original Zithromax,
from Pfizer), 500 mg 1 time / day (on an empty stomach) for 3 days. Then a 2 day break and another
3 days course. Sometimes 3 such courses are needed, then lactic acid bacteria are needed to prevent
dysbiosis 5-7 days in a row, remotely from taking an antibiotic.

3. And for the treatment of pneumonia already (in severe cases), Tocilizumab should be eaten.
Instead of 15 days of artificial ventilation, recovery occurs in 24-26 hours. It was approved
in Italy in 10 days, a record!
It works better than antiviral and anti-AIDS (according to the mechanism similar to Plaquenil).

4. Next - antiviral and anti-AIDS (given that the Chinese have put in the genome elements of the
genome from HIV - 20%) - they work too, but there are already options. the list of drugs is large.
The record is Kaletra. But today there is evidence of new more effective ones.
I am 99.999% sure that both kaletra and antiviral will not be useful to you,
item 1 will be enough.

5. You must also consume Vitamin C 2 g/day (for treatment), for the prevention of 500 mg-1000 mg/day.

6. Categorically no aerosols and corticosteroids.

7. It is desirable without NSAIDs (maximum - paracetamol is allowed, but not ibuprofen, etc.).

8. A cylinder of oxygen does not hurt to have a home, just then it may not be enough for everyone,
you never know where and on whom it will end. For example, we don't have either ascorbic acid or
oxygen, even in warehouses. By the way, buy ascorbic acid, at the rate of 30-40 g per person.

9. My addition, remember the quartz lamp. It is magical for prevention (at home and in the clinic)
and works great during treatment. Chlorine is poorly effective (or rather, it just needs a lot),
alcohol is effective (and, when taken orally, strong as well), I'm not joking. Effectively denatured
protein furin, due to which the virus has high virulence, there are scientific observations.
However, that with a quartz lamp, that with alcohol - carefully, burns here and there.

In principle, that's all. Usually it goes without complications, it just takes a long time,
it bothers. Those who are over 70, over 80, and especially 90-100, are very sick.
At risk - diabetics and hypertension (in both groups, ACE2 receptors in large numbers).

In our hospital they are full, we are treating. But the main part (95% percent) sits at home,
coughs a little 15-20 days and then recover without suspecting anything.

So - do not panic!
